What a cutey one-year old! Delaney is the daughter of great friends of ours and I can’t believe she is already the big 1! I had many favorites of this session but here are my top picks:

What a sweet group of kids! They all have a unique personality and a definite look of their own. David had so much fun doing this shoot and it has been a true please hearing the eewwwws and aawwwwws of this family of six as they all watched their pictures being played on a slideshow in our presentation room. Here are a few of our favorites.

This will be the first of many posts for these fabulous people, the lawyer and the dancer! I met Brie at the Bridal Extravaganza in January of this year and we were so excited that she picked us out of this large variety of photographers! Brie wanted something unique and edgy and I assumed that we could fulfill her vision. Their well-planned wedding will be in December and there will be a bridal shoot before, but for now, check out the direction in which their style has taken us.

Kelsey was so much fun to work with… so full of life! She came to us with her vision when she first walked through our doors, she loves to swing! So, I took the swing from my backyard and hung it at a local park. She was totally in her element after a warm-up session at the studio 2 days prior (see post below). Zoie’s grandmother called us wanting some pictures done of her so we scheduled her for a studio session. The minute Zoie stepped in front of the lights, she froze! So we took her outside and let her do her own thing and caught some candids. They turned out great! Here are a few of our favorites.

Newborns have such a sweet innocence about them. Paxton was so easy to work with… he slept the entire time so we were able to move him around however we wanted to. These pictures were used in his birth announcements that I created also. We are so excited to watch him grow every month!

It had been a while since we had last met with RC and Erika but their wedding details but hadn’t forgotten what they said about the groomsmen and their characters (they are unpredictable and fun)! That will become obvious as you scroll through this post. This location definitely allowed the party to spread its wings and there were certainly some details worth capturing. We set up a really fun shot using this old model-T body slowly being eaten by the earth. I hope you enjoy some of our favorites listed below.

We absolutely had to give these shots their own post!  It was really hard to narrow it down to a few and I wish we could have posted them all – that’s how unbelievably fun these shots are!  This was our first experiment with a photobooth at a wedding and we were lacking in the ‘props’ department but luckily the guests used their imagination and delivered!

These two have a sincere love for each other and will certainly enjoy their lifetime of love.  Jessica certainly knew what she wanted from her photographer and I hope she is excited to see a few I pulled from my first pass of this fantastic evening at Heather’s Glen (www.heathersglen.com).   The best man stole the night with his speech and if I was a little more comfortable with video, I would have had to capture that moment.  None the less, here a few shots to get you by until I can complete the edits.  Hope you enjoy your honeymoon and I can’t wait to show you the rest!
